Vintage Murano glass chandelier
Purchased by then Hopkins County Governor, Ruby Laffoon (1930-1934). Chandelier hung in the Kentucky State House while he was Governor. We purchased the chandelier from his granddaughter in the 1980's. The arms and flowers fit in a base that allows for easy removal and washing.

3 pieces of a 5-piece set of American Empire style living room furniture
3 pieces of a 5-piece set of American Empire style living room furniture. The hand worked "Crewel embroidery" covers are copied designs from the "Cluny Tapestries "in Paris, France (circa 1500). The furniture is said to have been part of the ‘Otis Elevator' family estate (circa 1875).
